Assist. Prof. Sümeyye Uyar and Res. Assist. Mustafa Yıldırım presented their paper on the selective nature of international responses to humanitarian crises in Palestine and Ukraine, and how these responses are shaped by geopolitical factors, global power dynamics, and national interests, at the 82nd Annual Conference of the Midwest Political Science Association.

Assist. Prof. Ahmet Yusuf Özdemir wrote a book chapter addressing the international and regional impacts of border disputes and terrorism in Africa.

4. All Azimuth Workshop was realized with cooperation of our department and Ihsan Dogramaci Peace Foundation in the Suleymaniye Campus in 17-18 May. Many distinguished academicians from Egypt, Sweden, India, Argentina, England and many different countries have participated to the workshop.
